Tjara.ca, a Canadian Halal Financing Company, having Pakistan office is seeking a highly motivated, analytical, and results-oriented Senior Investment Associate (Male) to join our Investment team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment analysis, financial management, Islamic banking, and financial institutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in evaluating investment opportunities, conducting financial analysis, preparing investment proposals, and supporting strategic decision-making while ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory and Shariah requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed financial analysis, investment appraisals, and due diligence for potential investment opportunities.
- Evaluate financial statements, cash flow projections, business plans, and investment risks.
- Prepare comprehensive investment memorandums, feasibility studies, and financial models.
- Monitor the performance of existing investment portfolios and recommend strategic actions.
- Analyze market trends, economic indicators, and industry developments to identify investment opportunities.
- Liaise with banks, financial institutions, Islamic banks, regulators, and other stakeholders.
- Assist in structuring investment transactions, financing arrangements, and syndicated deals.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and Shariah principles where applicable.
- Support senior management in investment decision-making through insightful financial reports and presentations.
- Participate in negotiations with clients, investors, and business partners.
- Prepare periodic investment performance reports and portfolio reviews.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, financial institutions, and strategic partners.
- Coordinate with internal departments including Finance, Risk Management, Legal, and Compliance.
- Stay updated with developments in capital markets, Islamic finance, and investment regulations.
Education
- Master's degree in Finance, Banking & Finance, MBA (Finance), Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline from a recognized university.
- Professional certifications will be considered an added advantage.
Experience
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in:
- Investment Management, Corporate Finance, Financial Institutions, Islamic Banking, Commercial Banking, Asset Management, Investment Advisory, Financial Analysis,

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic financial advisory services, conducting financial analysis, supporting business development initiatives, and delivering high-quality consulting solutions to clients within the financial sector.
This role requires a professional with strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills particularly in English & the ability to manage multiple consulting assignments while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and client service.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Provide financial and business advisory services to clients in Islamic banking, Islamic finance, and financial institutions.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, financial modeling, business valuations, and feasibility studies.
- Prepare advisory reports, investment proposals, financial presentations, and strategic recommendations for clients and senior management.
- Perform financial due diligence, market research, and industry analysis.
