T.J - Call Center Executive

Tjara Back office is based in DHA Phase 6 Bukhari Commercials Karachi & Office timings are from 6pm to 3am Monday to Friday.

What we are looking for is.

  • Graduate Male Candidate with excellent English-speaking skills.
  • Clear and professional English accent.
  • Strong verbal communication for client calling.
  • Confident, polite, and professional phone etiquette.
  • Previous experience in telesales, outbound/inbound calling, or direct sales.
  • Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
  • Ability to convert leads and support the sales pipeline.
  • Must handle all sales steps from start to finish, including follow-up calls, follow-up. emails, coordinating with buyers/sellers, and closing the deal successfully.
  • Target-driven and self-motivated.
  • Experience handling customer queries and resolving issues.
  • Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to handle complaints professionally.
  • Calm and patient under pressure.
  • Good understanding of real estate operations.
  • Ability to explain property details clearly.
  • Familiarity with real estate processes, terms, listings, and documentation.
  • Experience with the North American (US/Canada) real estate market is a strong plus.
  • Understanding of MLS systems, listings, leads, and property workflows (preferred).
  • Skilled in maintaining client records, call logs, and sales reports.
  • Good computer proficiency (Google Sheets, Email, AI, etc.)
  • Must be a fast learner and able to adopt automation tools and AI systems quickly.
  • Daily calling to new and existing clients
  • Providing property information and answering questions clearly.
  • Managing the buyer/seller through every step of the sales process.
  • Sending follow-up emails and making follow-up calls regularly.
  • Coordinating and pushing the deal until it is fully closed.
  • Preparing daily performance reports and Excel dashboards.
  • Coordinating with the sales and operations team.
  • Completing all assigned tasks on time.
  • 1–2 years in customer care, tele sales.
  • Previous experience in North American real estate (major advantage).
  • Experience working with Financial Products .

T.J - Operations Executive

Tjara is looking for a Operations Executive, some one who is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of Islamic financial products, ensuring that all transactions, including Murabaha, Ijarah, or Musharakah, strictly comply with Shariah principles. This role involves processing client transactions, managing documentation, and ensuring operational efficiency in alignment with both regulatory and Shariah requirements. 
Core Responsibilities
  • Shariah Compliance: Review and approve financial products and transactions to ensure adherence to Shariah principles.
  • Transaction Processing: Process customer deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and payments, specifically for Islamic accounts.
  • Documentation & Record Management: Maintain accurate records of client files, loan applications (financing requests), and agreements, archiving them according to procedures.
  • Client Support: Answer customer queries regarding the benefits, pricing, and conditions of Shariah-compliant products.
  • Operations & Logistics: Handle tasks such as issuing Pay Orders/Demand Drafts (PO/DD), managing ATM cards, and reconciling cash drawers daily.
  • Financing Operations: Prepare financing disbursements and conduct pre-disbursement interviews with clients. 
Key Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in operations, preferably in Islamic banking or microfinance.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of Islamic finance principles (e.g., prohibition of Riba) and Shariah-compliant products.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks), strong analytical skills, and high attention to detail.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with customers.
